This is a drug facts label for a hand sanitizer product. The active ingredient is 80% v/v alcohol, which is an antiseptic used to help reduce bacteria that potentially cause disease. It should be used when soap and water are not available. There are warnings such as keeping it away from heat, open skin wounds, and out of eyes, ears, and mouth. It should not be used on children less than 2 months of age. If irritation or rash occurs, a doctor should be asked. It should be kept out of reach of children and swallowed, contact Poison Control Center. The instructions include applying enough product to cover all surfaces of the hand and rubbing together until dry.*
