This is a hand sanitizer made in China with 70% ethyl alcohol. It is used to decrease bacteria on the skin and is recommended for repeated use. It warns that it is flammable and should be kept away from heat and flame. It should not be used in the eyes and if contact is made, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. In case of irritation and redness developing and persisting for more than 72 hours, a doctor should be consulted. It should be kept out of reach of children and if swallowed, medical help should be sought immediately. The product should be stored at 68°F-77°F. The other ingredients include water, trethanolamine, carbomer, propylene glycol, glycerin, aloe barbadensis extract, and tocopheryl acetate.
