The product warns that it should not be used around eyes, ears and mouth. If irritation persists, one should ask a doctor. It must be kept out of reach of children. The user should pump the needed amount into palms and spread it on both hands thoroughly until it is dry. The product is flammable and must be kept away from fire. It may also discolor fabrics. The inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, aloe barbadensis G, propylene glycol, tocopheryl acetate, fragrance, triethanolamine, and carbomer. It is distributed by M.I USALLC in Dison, NJ, and made in China with a lot of number NHR0105.*
