This is a hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol intended for external use only. It is meant to reduce bacteria on the skin when soap and water are not readily available. The product should not be used around the eyes, ears or mouth, is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flames. It should also be used with caution in people allergic to alcohol, and kept out of reach of children. Directions state that an appropriate amount should be taken (2-3ml) and rubbed on hands for 15 seconds until the liquid covers the hands, and should be allowed to dry without washing with water. The product may discolor fabrics and should be stored at 20°C. The inactive ingredients include water, Triethanolamine, Isopropanol, Carbomer, Glycerin, and Aloe. The product is made in China.*
