This is a description of Chlordiazepoxide HCI and Clidinium Bromide Capsules, USP, with each capsule containing 5 mg chlordiazepoxide HCl and 2.5 mg clidinium bromide. The usual adult dosage is one or two capsules 3 or 4 times a day before meals and at bedtime. The medication guide should be dispensed separately to each patient. It is advised to keep it out of the reach of children and store it between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F). The medication is manufactured by Winder Laboratories LLC in Winder, Georgia.*
