PRENATE CHEWABLE® is a prescription prenatal/postnatal multivitamin/mineral chocolate chewable tablet. Each tablet is brown and imprinted with “Prenate Chew” on one side and black on the other. The tablet contains various vitamins and minerals including folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium. The product should not be used as a sole treatment for pernicious anemia. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, or women prior to conception must consider their medical conditions and other drugs, herbs and/or supplements consumption before taking this nutritional supplement. The statements on the product label have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The product should be stored at controlled room temperature away from children.*
