This is a description of a City Sunscreen Serum with Vitamins E & B5. It is a lightweight serum with SPF 30 to protect from photoaging. It is safe to be used as a smoothing primer under the rest of the skincare regime. It is synthetic fragrance and oxybenzone-free. This product is non-comedogenic, non-irritating and allergy-free. The active ingredients are Avobenzone 3%, Homosalate 8%, Octisalate 4%, and Octocrylene 2%. The sunscreen helps prevent sunburn and decreases skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. You should apply the product to the face and neck at least 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Additionally, reapply it at least every 2 hours. This product is designed for external use only and should not be used on damaged or broken skin. If rash occurs or it gets into your eyes, rinse with water to remove. Furthermore, it is a cruelty-free product. The manufacturer recommends limiting time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses to decrease the risk of skin cancer and premature skin aging.*
