ADULTS AT LEAST A HALF-INCH STRIP OF THE PRODUCT ONTO A SOFT BRISTLED TOOTH BRUSH.
BRUSH TEETH THOROUGHLY FOR AT LEAST 3 MINUTES TWICE A DAY (MORNING AND EVENING)
UNDER 12 YRS: ASK A DENTIST
