This is a description of ACTIMMUNE, a drug used for injection that comes in a pack of 12 single-dose vials. Each vial contains 0.5mL of the medication that is formulated with 100mg of Interferon gamma-1b, mannitol, and disodium succinate hydrate. The medication is intended for subcutaneous injection only and is free of preservatives. It is advised to not freeze the medication and store it between 2°C to 8°C. It is manufactured by Horizon Therapeutics Ireland DAC in Dublin, Ireland, and distributed by Horizon Therapeutics USA, Inc, Deerfield, IL 60015.*
