Certus Alcohol Prep Pad is an antiseptic pad used for the preparation of the skin before injection. It is saturated with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and is made sterile. It contains 70% Isoporopyl Alcohol as the active ingredient which makes it effective as an antiseptic. The product is manufactured in China for Certus Medical, Inc. The pad is meant for external use only and is flammable. It should be kept away from fire, flame, and electrocautery procedures. If irritation or redness develops, stop using the pad and consult a healthcare practitioner. The pad should be wiped vigorously on the injection site and discarded. It should be stored at room temperature (15°C-30°C) and kept out of reach of children.*
