Bac-San is an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that meets US Center for Disease Control's standards for broad-spectrum sanitizers. It is designed to produce a light foam and contains Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol) at 70% concentration. The sanitizer comes with directions to apply liberally, rub hands together to spread foam evenly, and allow hands to air dry.
