Ammonia-n-13-02 (Ammonia N 13 02)
Ammonia N 13 Injection is a diagnostic drug that is administered intravenously. It is a sterile, non-pyrogenic solution that should be used within 45 minutes after the end of the synthesis. The solution is stored in a vial and each milliliter of the solution contains either 0.138 or 1.387 GBq of Ammonia N13. The drug should be stored at 25°C (17°F), with temperature excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F). The dosage of the drug should be calculated based on the date and time of calibration to ensure that the correct dosage is used. Finally, the drug should not be used if it is cloudy or contains particulate matter.*
