Cover all surfaces until the hands are dry, which usually takes about 20 seconds. The sanitizer is made with Isopropyl Alcohol Antiseptic 75% and used to help reduce bacteria that may cause disease. The warning labels advise against external use only, keeping away from heat sources, and not using on open skin wounds.
