This is a Hand Sanitizer produced by New York Soap Company. It is a non-sterile solution with Alcohol Antiseptic 80% and is a topical solution. This solution formula is recommended by the World Health Organization. The solution comes in a 1-gallon container and is used for sanitizing hands when soap and water are not available. It has warmings such as it is flammable and needs to be kept away from heat or flame, and should not be used on children under 2 months of age, or on open skin wounds. If it comes in contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water, and if irritation or rash occurs, stop use and ask for a doctor. It should be kept out of reach of children, and if swallowed, medical help should be sought or contact a poison control center right away. The inactive ingredients used are glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, and purified water USP. The hand sanitizer is distributed by the New York Soap Co and manufactured by Mironova Labs in Fairfield, NJ. It should be stored between 15-30 C to avoid freezing and excessive heat above 40C.*
