This is a Hand Sanitizer produced by New York Soap Company. It is a non-sterile solution with Alcohol Antiseptic 80% and is a topical solution. This solution formula is recommended by the World Health Organization. The solution comes in a 1-gallon container and is used for sanitizing hands when soap and water are not available. It has warmings such as it is flammable and needs to be kept away from heat or flame, and should not be used on children under 2 months of age, or on open skin wounds.
