It does not require water to use and is faster and more effective than soap and water. Its active ingredient is 80% Ethyl alcohol. The product comes with a warning that it is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame. It should be kept out of reach of children and should be supervised for children under six years. The inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, and denatonium benzoate.
