This is a label for a hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol that's effective in reducing bacteria that can cause diseases. It shouldn't be used by children less than two months old or on open wounds. Users should keep the sanitizer out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes, ears, and mouth. The sanitizer should be rubbed on the hands until dry. Inactive ingredients include glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and water. If swallowed, the user should contact a poison control center immediately. There are warnings to keep it away from heat or flame as it is flammable.*
