ACTIBAN is a non-sterile solution that functions as an alcohol antiseptic 80% topical solution. It contains alcohol (ethanol) 80% volume/volume (v/V) in an aqueous solution for healthcare personnel hand rub to eliminate bacterial that may entail probable disease. It is flammable, so it should be kept away from heat or flames. The product should not be used in the children under the age of two or on open skin wounds. It should be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F) and avoided beyond freezing or exceeding 40°C (104°F). Inactive ingredients include hydrogen peroxide, purified water USP, and glycerin.*
