This is a description for Alcohol Antiseptic 709, a hand sanitizer with an active ingredient of 70% Isopropyl alcohol. The inactive ingredients include purified water, glycerin, carbomer, triethanolamine, and hydrogen peroxide. This product can be flammable and should be kept away from flame, heat, eyes, ears, and mouth. Do not use it on open skin wounds or in children less than 2 months of age. It is essential to supervise children under six when using this product to prevent swallowing.
