It is recommended for repeated use but not recommended for infants. The product is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame. It comes with directions for use which entails pumping as needed into your palms and rubbing into skin until dry. It is distributed by KLM Promo Products, LLC and was manufactured in China. Other ingredients include purified water, triethanolamine, glycerine, Disodium EDTA, and carbomer.
