Ultima Concentrated Antiseptic Hand Wash is formulated to ensure proper hand hygiene by reducing the presence of microbes on the skin. It is an antiseptic soap that can be diluted with water before use. The active ingredient in the product is chloroxylenol, which constitutes 5% of the total ingredients. Before use, hands should be wetted, and the soap should be applied, rubbed, and rinsed off with water. The product should not contact the eyes, ears, or mouth, and if it does, the impacted areas should be washed with water. Children below two months of age should not use it.
