This is a description for a hand sanitizer gel that contains 70% ethyl alcohol as the active antiseptic ingredient. It is intended to decrease bacteria on the skin and is recommended for repeated use when soap and water are not readily available. The product should be kept away from fire and is for external use only. It should not be used on open skin wounds or on children less than 2 months old. If the product gets into the eyes, they should be rinsed thoroughly with water, and it should not be ingested or inhaled. In case of irritation or redness, it is recommended to stop using the product and see a doctor if the condition persists for more than 72 hours. It is important to keep it out of reach of children, and if swallowed, medical assistance should be sought immediately. The product should be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F) and should be avoided from freezing and excessive heat above 40°C (104°F). The hand sanitizer gel has Carbom and triethanolamine as inactive ingredients along with FD&C Red No. 40 fragrance, glycerin, and water.
