The sanitizer should be placed on hands and rubbed together until dry, and children under 6 should be supervised to avoid swallowing it. Its inactive ingredients include glycerin, hydroxyethylcellulose, triethanolamine, hydrogen peroxide, and purified water USP. It should be stored between 15-30C (59-86F) to avoid freezing or excessive heat above 40C (104F).*
