This hand sanitizer is formulated to help reduce bacteria that potentially can cause disease when soap and water are not available. It is not to be used on open skin wounds and in children less than 2 months of age. The directions suggest placing enough product on hands to cover all surfaces and rubbing hands together until dry. It is not advisable to use this product in eyes, ears, or mouth, and if there's contact with eyes, they should be thoroughly rinsed with water. Although the sanitizer is flammable, the inactive ingredients include glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, purified water USP, and is completely safe to use.*
