This is a description of PICT hydrating and moisturizing hand sanitizing gel. It contains 80% ethyl alcohol and kills harmful bacteria and germs. It can be used to reduce bacteria on the skin by rubbing a palmful of the alcohol-based handrub and covering all surfaces of the hands until dry. This product must be kept away from fire or flame and not used on broken or damaged skin. It should be used only externally, and if ingested, medical attention should be sought immediately. This product is manufactured by Fuego Envasado S.A. de C.V. in Mexico and distributed by Pico Inc. in Toronto, Canada.*
