Formula 4A is a hand sanitizer that contains 75% v/v alcohol that can help in reducing bacteria that might cause diseases. It is meant for external use only, and you should keep it away from heat or flame as it is flammable. The product should not be used for children under two months of age and should not be used on open skin wounds. The sanitizer should be stored at a temperature of 15-30C (59-86F), and one should avoid freezing and excessive heat above 40C (104F). The inactive ingredients are Glycerine, carbomer, triethanolamine, hydrogen peroxide, purified water USP, and the product is manufactured by SESAL PRODUCTS, Rio Piedra, P.R. 00929.
