This is a description of a 16.9 fl. oz. bottle of hand sanitizer gel that kills 99.9% of common germs. The active ingredient is 75% ethyl alcohol, and it is used to help reduce bacteria that could cause disease. This sanitizing gel should be used when soap and water are not available. It comes with a warning that it is flammable and should be kept away from heat sources. It should not be used on children under 2 months of age or on open skin wounds. If it comes in contact with eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. If irritation or rash occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. Keep it out of reach of children, and if ingested, contact a poison control center or medical help immediately. This gel should be put enough on the palms to cover hands and rubbed together briskly until it dries. The inactive ingredients include aloe barbadensis leaf extract, benzyl benzoate, carbomer, citral, ethylhexylglycerin, geraniol, glycerin, limonene, linalool, sodium hydroxide, and water.
