This is a hand sanitizer with 80% ethyl alcohol. It is used to reduce bacteria that can cause disease when soap and water are not available. The product comes with a warning for external use only, and it is flammable, so it should be kept away from heat or flame. It is not to be used in children who are under two months of age or on open skin wounds. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or rash occurs, stop use and ask a doctor. The product needs to be stored between 15-30C (59-86F) and should not be frozen or exposed to excessive heat above 40C (104F). The sanitizer contains 80% ethyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, glycerin and water.*
