This is an Instant Hand Sanitizer that kills 99.99% of germs and also contains moisturizers and vitamin E. The active ingredient is Ethyl alcohol (76%) which acts as an antiseptic. It is used to reduce bacteria on hands when soap and water are not available. However, it must be kept away from heat or flames as it is flammable. It should not be used on open skin wounds or in children under 2 months of age. If rash or irritation occurs, stop its use and consult a doctor. It must be rubbed on both hands until dry. It is manufactured for Stastek Inc., North Miami and made in China.*
