This is a hand sanitizer manufactured by the Fermentation Science Institute at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. It contains 80% alcohol as the active ingredient and is intended as a health care personal hand rub to reduce bacteria that can cause disease. It should only be used externally and kept away from heat or flames. Children under the age of 2 months and open skin wounds should avoid its use. The sanitizer contains glycerin, hydrogen peroxide, and purified water USP as inactive ingredients. The sanitizer should be stored between 15-30C and away from freezing and excessive heat over 40C. Each bottle contains 16 fl oz (473 ml).*
