This is a hand sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs. The active ingredient is 75% ethyl alcohol and it is used to decrease bacteria on hands. The product is flammable, so it should be kept away from fire or flame. It should not be used on broken skin or near the eyes. If swallowed it could be harmful, so medical help should be obtained. The product should be rubbed onto hands and allowed to dry. Children under the age of five should be supervised, and the product is not recommended for infants. The other ingredients include Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Propylene Glycol, and Glycerin, among other things. Notably, the sanitizer is distributed by High 5 Hands, LLC and made in China.*
