This is a hand sanitizer produced by Zhejiang Medika Medical Technology Co., Ltd. The active ingredient is ethyl alcohol (64%) which acts as an antiseptic. It is suitable for disinfecting hands in sanitary or surgical applications and it is recommended for repeated use. However, it is flammable and should be kept away from any sources of fire or flame. It is only for external use and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes. The product should be discontinued if there is significant irritation or other sensitivity is observed. It should not be used on chronic skin conditions such as leg ulcers, diaper rash, or hand eczema. It should be kept out of reach of children and if a child swallows it then medical help should be sought immediately. The product should be applied to clean, dry hands and then rubbed in until it dries. It contains inactive ingredients like carbomer, glycerol, and water. It should be stored between 20-25 °C (68-77 °F).*
