Geel (Sept Gel 1000 mL (fda) 1)
This is an alcohol-based hand sanitizing gel that helps to reduce bacteria that have the potential to cause diseases. The gel contains Ethyl alcohol 70% w/w and 2-Propanol 0.5% w/w that are active ingredients with bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal properties. The gel is ready-to-use and can be used as an antiseptic. It is effective against bacteria, fungi, and viruses, and can be used when soap and water are unavailable. The gel should not be used on open skin wounds or in children less than 2 months of age. It should also be kept out of the reach of children and away from food and animal feed. It can be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F), and should be protected from direct sunlight, freezing, and excessive heat. The gel should be applied in sufficient quantity to cover all surfaces of the hands, and allowed to dry for around 20 seconds, without rinsing or wiping off. Children under six years should be supervised to prevent swallowing the gel. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Users should stop using the product if irritation and rash occur.*
