This is a hand sanitizer with 75% Isopropyl Alcohol as the active ingredient, used as an antiseptic to reduce bacteria that can cause diseases. It is a non-sterile solution in gel form that should be rubbed on hands until dry. It should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used on children less than 2 months of age or skin wounds. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. An irritation or rash could be a sign of a serious condition and one should stop use and consult a doctor. It should not be stored above 40°C (104°F) and should be disposed of as per regulations.*
