This is a description of a hand sanitizer that contains Ethyl alcohol 70% and is used to help reduce bacteria on hands when soap and water are not available. It is a flammable product that should be kept away from heat or flame, and should be used externally only. The product may cause skin irritation, and if it persists for more than 72 hours, a doctor should be consulted. The hand sanitizer is in gel form, and it should be applied to wet hands and briskly rubbed together until dry. The product should be stored at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C, and it may discolor certain fabrics. The inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, isopropyl myristate, PEG-6 & AVP acrylates/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer, tocopheryl acetate, and fragrance.
