This is a drug facts sheet for a pain relief spray called Fon, which is comparable to Biofreeze. The active ingredient of the spray is 10.5% menthol, and it is designed to temporarily relieve minor pain associated with arthritis, muscle strains, sprains, bruises, and cramps. The spray is flammable and should be kept out of reach of children. It should only be applied externally and not used on broken skin, with a heating pad, or ingested. The product should be shaken well before use and applied to the affected areas no more than 3-4 times a day. The spray contains several inactive ingredients such as flower extracts, isopropyl myristate, and water, among others.
