The BioPure Anti-bacterial hand wipes are manufactured in China and were designed in New York by Quest USA Corp. They are not intended for medical use, but can be used as a hand sanitizer to reduce the spread of bacteria when soap and water are not available. The active ingredient in the wipes is 0.13% Benzalkonium chloride which kills 99% of germs, and they are infused with aloe and vitamin E. The wipes do not contain any parabens, sulfates, or phthalates. The package contains 50 wipes measuring 5 inches by 7 inches and has a fresh morning breeze scent. However, the wipes should not be used on children under two months old or on open skin wounds. If the product comes in contact with the eyes, rinse them thoroughly with water. Store the wipes in a cool, dry place and avoid freezing or excessive heat.*
