This is a Drug Facts label for a hand sanitizer product. The active ingredient is 70% alcohol used as an antiseptic to help reduce bacteria that can cause disease. It's for external use only and should be kept away from heat or flame. There are warnings against its use on children under two months of age and open skin wounds, and in case of contact with eyes it should be rinsed thoroughly with water. The product should be rubbed on all surfaces of the hands until dry. Children under six years old should be supervised while using it to avoid swallowing. It should be stored between 15-30°C (59-86°F) and shouldn't be frozen or exposed to excessive heat above 40°C (104°F).*
