This is a Drug Facts sheet for a hand sanitizer containing Ethyl Alcohol 75%. It is intended for external use only to help reduce bacteria when soap and water are not available. The product should be kept out of eyes, ears, and mouth and away from heat or flame. It should not be used on open skin wounds or in children less than 2 months of age. The inactive ingredient is purified water USP. The hand sanitizer should be stored in a cool, dry place between 15°-30°C (59°F-86°F) and not frozen or exposed to excessive heat above 40°C (104°F). The label has the distributor's name and address, as well as a phone number for questions, a warning not to flush it and directions for use, which indicate that the product should be applied to hands and allowed to air dry without wiping. Children under 6 years of age should be supervised when using the product, and users should stop using it and see a doctor if irritation or rash occurs.*
