Zynlonta is a hazardous agent available in vials containing 10mg of loncastuximab. Prior to administration, the vial should be reconstituted and diluted with 5% dextrose injection and stored at 2°C to 8°C. The reconstituted solution with pH approximately 6.0 should not be exposed to direct sunlight, shaken or frozen. No preservative and standard of potency are used. The drug is for intravenous infusion only and the package should be discarded if any unused portion remains.*
