This is a Rinse-Free Hand Sanitizer Soothing Gel with 70% Alcohol Antiseptic in a 16.9 fl. oz. / 500ml bottle. It contains Ethyl Alcohol as an active ingredient that helps reduce bacteria, prevent cross-contamination by hand contact, and recommended for repeated use. However, it is not recommended for children under 2 months of age or on open skin wounds. It is flammable, and you need to keep it away from heat or flame. The direction for use is to place enough product on hands to cover all surfaces and rub hands together until dry. The inactive ingredients include water, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Amnomethyl Proanci, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer, Fragrance, and Tocopherol. It should be kept out of reach of children, and if swallowed, you should get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. It is made in China and may discolor some fabrics.*
