It contains glycerin, 1, 3-butylene glycol, carbomer940, triethanol amine, purified water USP as inactive ingredients. This product is not recommended for infants less than 2 months of age or for open skin wounds. Users are advised to avoid contact with eyes, ears, and mouth and to stop use and seek medical advice if irritation or rash occurs.
