This is a hand sanitizer gel that has moisturizers & Vitamin E and kills 99.9% of germs. It contains Ethyl Alcohol as the active ingredient and is used as a hand sanitizer to decrease bacteria on the skin. It is recommended for repeated use and for use when soap and water are not available. It warns that it is flammable and should be kept away from fire or flame, and only for external use. It should not be used on children less than 2 months of age or on open skin wounds. If irritation and redness develop or condition persists for more than 72 hours, stop use and ask a doctor. The inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, carbomer, fragrance, triethanolamine, tocopheryl acetate. It can be stored between 15-30°C (59-86) and made in UAE.*
