This product is an antibacterial hand sanitizer that claims to kill 99.99% of germs and is rinse-free. Its active ingredient is Ethyl Alcohol at 70% that serves as an antiseptic. The purpose of this hand sanitizer is to help reduce bacteria that may cause disease when soap and water are unavailable. It contains a warning on the label not to be used for children less than two months of age and on open skin wounds. This product requires adult supervision for children under six years of age. It can cause eye irritation; it is flammable and thus must be kept away from heat or flame. If swallowed, contact a Poison Control Center or seek medical help immediately. The product requires rubbing on both surfaces of the hand until dry. It contains glycerin, carbopol, triethanolamine, and purified water USP as inactive ingredients.
