It contains 70% ethyl alcohol as an active antiseptic ingredient and is used to kill 99.99% of germs when soap and water are not available. The product has warnings not to be used on children under 2 months of age or open skin wounds, and in case of contact with eyes, rinse the eyes thoroughly with water. Contact a Poison Control center in case of ingestion. It also includes information on storage temperature and inactive ingredients such as glycerin, carbomer, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, and purified water USP.
