Addison & Gates Hydrate + Protect is a hand sanitizer containing 0.13% benzalkonium chloride as an active ingredient. It helps to reduce bacteria that can cause diseases and can be used when soap and water are not available. This sanitizer comes in a 3.38 fluid ounce white tube with a white cap. The inactive ingredients are alcohol, hydroxyethylcellulose, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, and water. It is essential to avoid using it on open skin wounds or children under two months old. If irritation or rash occurs, it is advisable to stop the use immediately and seek medical attention. The sanitizer should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. The manufacturer is Cost Plus, Inc, and the batch code is 21D008. The label colors are black, Pantone 9424C, and Pantone Blue 072C. SPOT MAGENTA and SPOT GREEN are not to print, and the cutter guide size is 131.5 mm x 127 mm printed on white PE with a matte varnish finish.*
