Nelarabine is an injection used for intravenous infusion only with a concentration of 250mg/50mL. It comes in a single dose vial and any unused portion should be discarded. Each milliliter contains 5 mg of nelarabine and it contains no preservative. The drug must not be diluted and stored between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) with excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). It is manufactured by AqVida GmbH, Dassow, Germany and distributed by Shorla Oncology Inc., Cambridge, MA 02142, USA. Dosage information should be seen on the package insert.*
