This is a drug facts label for a diaper rash ointment that helps to soothe burning, prevent diaper rash, and protect skin. The active ingredient is Zinc Oxide Skin Protectant. Other ingredients include aloe barbadensis leaf juice, BHA, hydroxyethylcellulose, methyparaben, mineral oil, petrolatum, polysorbate 20, purified water, and shea butter. The ointment should be applied liberally with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. It is to be kept at 15 to 30°C (59 to 86°F), and if the seal on the tube is broken, do not use. If the condition worsens, contact a doctor.
