When Using This Product
do not take more than 7 tablets in a 24-hour period, or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a doctor

Keep out of the reach of children.
Directions
- chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing. Do not swallow tablets whole.
- adults and children 12 years of age or older: chew 2-3 tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor.
- do not take for symptoms that persist for more than 2 weeks unless advised by a doctor

- each tablet contains: calcium 400 mg
- store at 20-25°C (68-77°F) and keep container tightly closed
- do not use if safety seal on bottle printed with "SEALED FOR YOUR SAFETY" is torn or missing
