This is the drug facts and usage information for a bottle of TUMS Ultra Strength antacid tablets in tropical fruit flavor. Each tablet contains 1000mg of calcium carbonate, which provides fast relief for heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and upset stomach associated with these symptoms. The bottle contains 72 chewable tablets, which should not be swallowed whole. The tablets should be chewed completely as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. The maximum dosage is 7 tablets in 24 hours, and pregnant women should not take more than 5 tablets in 24 hours. The maximum dosage should not be used for more than 2 weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a doctor. The bottle contains inactive ingredients, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and flavors. If the printed seal under the cap is torn or missing, the product should not be used.*
