This is a drug fact sheet for a product that helps remove excessive ear wax using carbamide peroxide 6.5% as the active ingredient. The product is only meant for occasional use and should not be used for more than four days. Directions for use are provided for both adults and children over 12 years of age. The product should be kept out of reach of children and should not be exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight. Manufactured in the USA, with US and imported ingredients, this product's inactive ingredients include citric acid, glycerin, propylene glycol, sodium citrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, and tartaric acid. The size of the bottle is 0.5 FL OZ (15 ml). This product is comparable to Debrox® active ingredient.*

This is a product for occasional use in softening, loosening, and removing excessive ear wax. It contains carbamide peroxide at a concentration of 6.5%. It is important to consult a doctor if there is ear drainage or discharge, ear pain, irritation or rash in the ear, dizziness, had an injury or perforation (hole) of the eardrum or recently had ear surgery. It should not be used for more than 4 days or if excessive ear wax remains after use. The product should not come in contact with the eyes and should be kept out of reach of children. The drops should be kept inside the ear for several minutes and can be used twice daily. Children under 12 years of age should consult a doctor before using the product. The bottle should be protected from excessive heat or direct sunlight and the cap should be kept on the bottle when not in use.*
